1. Introduction

Prime Experiences Colombia (hereinafter, “Prime Experiences” or the “Company”) is committed to operating in a sustainable and responsible manner, minimizing the environmental impact of its activities and contributing to the social and economic development of the communities in which it operates.

This Sustainability Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the principles and objectives that guide Prime Experiences’ commitment to sustainability.

2. Principles

The principles that guide Prime Experiences’ Sustainability Policy are:

• Environmental protection: Prime Experiences is committed to protecting the environment by taking steps to minimize the carbon footprint of its operations, efficiently manage natural resources, and prevent pollution.
• Social development: Prime Experiences is committed to contributing to the social development of the communities in which it operates by promoting local employment, investing in social projects, and supporting local culture.
• Economic Responsibility: Prime Experiences is committed to operating responsibly and sustainably, generating economic benefits for its employees, suppliers and shareholders.

3. Objectives

The objectives of Prime Experiences’ Sustainability Policy are:

• Reduce your carbon footprint: Prime Experiences is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of its operations by 20% by 2025.
• Efficiently manage natural resources: Prime Experiences is committed to reducing water and energy consumption by 10% by 2025.
• Prevent Contamination: Prime Experiences is committed to eliminating the use of single-use plastics in its operations by 2025.
• Promoting local employment: Prime Experiences is committed to having 80% of its employees local by 2025.
• Investing in social projects: Prime Experiences is committed to investing 1% of its profits in social projects in the communities in which it operates by 2025.
• Supporting local culture: Prime Experiences is committed to promoting local culture in its products and services.

4. Implementation

Prime Experiences will implement the Sustainability Policy through an action plan that will include:

• Employee Training: Prime Experiences will train its employees on the principles and objectives of the Sustainability Policy.
• Development of performance indicators: Prime Experiences will develop performance indicators to measure progress in achieving the objectives of the Sustainability Policy.
• Communication: Prime Experiences will communicate its commitment to sustainability to its customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders.

5. Review & Update

Prime Experiences will review and update the Sustainability Policy annually to ensure that it aligns with the needs and expectations of its stakeholders.
